If I could give Mary Ann Neill ZERO stars, I would. We are now on week 3 of waiting for our appraisal to be turned in. Like the others, the realtor, bank, and I have all attempted to contact her but her voicemail box is full and she will not respond!!!!! It has now delayed this entire process so much that we will not meet any of our deadlines and will likely lose the house we are trying to purchase because she still has not turned in the appraisal on the home we are selling. DO NOT USE HER!!!!!!

Update: We lost the house we were purchasing because of her! We tracked her husband down, he called her and she said she turned the appraisal in but would check the following day. LIES. She NEVER turned it in. A few days later, we contacted her husband again and same thing. We BEGGED her to do her job and she still failed to do so. She NEVER turned the appraisal in...and disappeared. We ended up having to wait a few weeks for a new appraiser to come out. I filed a complaint with the state office that oversees appraisers and have yet to hear anything back from them (3 months later).

Marry Ann Neill is extremely unprofessional!!! Currently she is 2 weeks late on turning in the report for the appraisal on the sell of our home which in turn has delayed the closing on both it and the house we are purchasing... She wouldn't return any phone calls, texts or emails until yesterday. She said she would have it in by today at 10:00 and well guess what... she has disappeared again! Do not use Mary Ann Neill!!! If your lender says they are using her, kindly tell them you will not waste your money with her...

We have had the worst experience with Mary Ann. First she did not turn in the appraisal on our home we were selling. After numerous attempts to contact her over a 3 week period, she never responded to anyone. This delayed the sale of our home drastically. We had already found a new home to purchase and begin that process during the sale of the old home. Somehow we were so fortunate (NOT!) to get Mary Ann yet again. We had to again hunt her down, this time the appraisal was turned in with numerous errors. This has been the worst experience imaginable.

Do not use this appraiser! Mary Ann herself came out to my house and done my appraisal and I never heard from her again. The Financial institution that I was working with and myself contacted her for 3 weeks straight and she never returned either of our phone calls, e-mails or text messages. So look for another company to do your appraisal, I don't know how this place stays in business. Very poor work ethic!
