This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dry cleaner. I had a gown damaged because, they use the old handwrite thei tickets and actually wrote directly on to a garment, I had to bring it back and they caused damage by trying to clean up their mistake, however the biggie is on one of the biggest days ever, they literally gave me the wrong suit jacket. Lost my $1000 CK suit, finally found it, but on the day I actually needed the suit they were closed. This is all within 4 days, They actually gave me somebody elses jacket, which is even worse. After calling the owner, didnt even refund or apologize for al the hassle, plus they are literally the most expensive place in the area to begin with. So if you like being overcharged, lost items, your items being damaged and doing business with the most disorganied system, then this is your kind of place. My recommendation would be dont listen to the owner writing their own review and saying they are a 4 star establishment but listen to a customer that can tell you directly, that I normally support local small businesses, but typically they are better ,in this case, use the big chains, they have their systems that are much more organized. Use the other local establihments.
