Dr. Piscitelli-Shaffer was tasked by LakeWest in Willoughby with responding to my complaint concerning an emergency room physician’s failure to notice for over two hours that my mother had a compound fracture of her wrist. She avoided contacting me for two weeks. When I finally spoke with her she spent the time complaining about how overworked she was. Here is a direct quote: “I work day and night and day and night and day and night.” A truly pathetic person.
