I recently stopped at Davies Ford of Charleroi of an oil change, the friendly staff was very attentive and pointed out that my state inspection was past due. They were very busy but got me in and out in 45 min. Thanks to all.

Purchased a 2013 Escape from this dealership and felt at the time that I would have any and all work needed in the future done there.

Recently made an appointment for an oil change early in the morning with hopes of getting in an out with an hour. An hour and forty-five minutes later I was on the road!!! Looking over my bill a little later, I noticed that they did not deduct money I had in my rebate account. I assumed this would be automatically done; however, the service manager should have at least asked if I wanted the money deducted from my billing. The guy at the service desk has no personality and makes you feel unwelcome and like you are making him do extra work by bringing your car to this shop. Will be getting my oil changes, inspections, etc. at Duke of Oil or Valley Tire in Charleroi from now on. The only reason I will go back to Davies is if the item is under warranty, or to stop by and see Jim Crall and Jim (Cacks) Constantino who both make any visit worthwhile.

Lynn Wooley is the most arrogant man I've ever dealt with. I was going to buy a 2013 ford escape. While I was waiting to make the deal, Lynn Wooley was cussing out one of his mechanics. After that I met with Mr. Wooley to sign the papers while the vehicle was getting cleaned. I walked out the door to drive the vehicle home. I noticed a nice size dent in the door. Lynn Wooley was going to let me drive the car home without saying anything. Good thing I noticed the dent. This man and this company is not to be trusted. After I told him I did not want the vehicle, Mr. Wooley actually started yelling at me. Lynn Wooley needs to find another line of work.
