Great looking store and great location. But they have very poor customer service in the repair shop. For repairs, I suggest looking elsewhere in town if you want prompt and friendly service and folks that don't consistently fail to deliver on their promises. I would not use them again.

Poor quality accessories, high prices for the accesories, dismissive unhelpful staff, Warranty on bikes mean nothing as they will charge you to replace the defective parts they sold you on the bike in the first place. Spent over $500 for a cheap beach cruiser and it never made it 4 miles with accesories literaly falling off ( mirror - they installed). The mirror they sold and installed did not have the flexibility to even allow you to look behind you ( it ws made for a stright bar). I have cycled for decades. I am a two time Iraq vet (disabled) and no longer a cool slim young guy. If I really pressed, I could get a short dismissive answer. I eventually gave up on getting any information. Every time I asked a question, they tried to sell me something cheaper. I spent $2,000 in the last 6 months on bikes and intend to spend $2,000 to $4,000 on my next bike, next year. I have gone to other stores in the area and know what this town offfers: better service, higher quality at lower prices.
