This place is a dump. You can't get them to fix anything. The people upstairs from me had a dog that urinated on the balcony several times. I told the mgr. and they just said they were sorry but did nothing. I always paid my rent early, and left a forwarding address for my last water bill. They sent it to the wrong address, but I still got it and they turned me into collections before the bill was even due. Due on the 1st but turned into collections 5 days after I moved out. I am fighting them now. People beware!!!!! Stay away.

My family has lived at Alta Shores for almost a year . The property manager cannot or will not see that residents control their pets. Parking spaces are very limited. Apartments do not measure up to listed square footage. The weekly "resident socials" are infrequent, less than once a month. Weekend clubhouse hours are limited. Dryers in the laundry room are not in good working order. Property is not family friendly, consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed in pool area and all common areas.
