Best Pre Owned delivered an incomplete Coach, All systems weren't working. Josh is unwilling to fix anything. Hows this for a list of problems within days to a month of ownership. Untightened leaky oil filter, transmission leak, roof leak, kitchen drain and faucet leak. Non-functioning awning,keyless entry, and Aladdin system which monitors whole coach.BUYER BEWARE all smoke and mirrors BUYER BEWARE Be cautious there if it looks to good to be true, it probably is. BUYER BEWARE........

If you are looking for a pre-owned RV, this is the place to go. Our experience from beginning to end has been nothing less than perfect. Josh spent a lot of time showing us different models and explaining the benefits of each. When we finally decided on one he went over a comprehensive list of items they would repair as well as modifications we wanted (speaking of that, they can do just about anything).

Next we dealt with Ambre in the sales office who handled the paperwork (sale, MV, warranty, etc). She was attentive and super efficient. That part of the process was a breeze.

Then there was Jim, who I’ll refer to as the miracle worker. Anything I asked for he’d respond by saying “I can do that” and he could. He was available at all times during our first few trips to answer any questions or minor issues that came up.

Overall I would say that buying an RV here was not only stress free but really enjoyable. Do yourself a favor if you’re shopping for an RV and make this location one of your stops. You won’t regret it.

I bought a supposable "nice"rv from them that the generator didn't work, the rear view camera was in and out, propane is leaking and the detector doesn't work,numerous fuses don't work,light burnt out. All in the first month. Who knows what I'll find in the second month? Never ever buy from these people. Read the reviews on yelp also

Came across Best Pre-owned RV via RV Trader. Requested some additional pics and videos of the coach we were interested in.
Josh was very helpful and provided everything we asked for.

My wife and I then decided to fly out to SC from Chicago to see the unit. Josh met us and took the time going over the unit. No high pressure sales tactics. We were allowed to spend all the time we needed to be comfortable with our choice. We took it out on the road for an hour to get a good feel for it. I have to say we were very pleased. We had a checklist of items to review and put down the deposit.

2 weeks later we flew back in. Josh picked us up at the airport and the RV was all ready to go. Everything that needed to be reviewed was completed and then some. Josh and his crew did an excellent job.

Josh even put us up at the local KOA to allow us to test and try everything before we drove the unit back to Chicago.

This was a great experience and would most definately recommend Best Pre-owned RV.

Wow! I recently purchased an rv from Josh at Best Preowned Rvs Of SC and couldn't be happier! Josh walked me threw the purchasing process and never tried to push me into something that didn't fit my needs. Josh actually put me in a coach under my original budget! On pick up day all of the systems in the RV were working just as Josh had promised. I didn't even have to buy toilet paper! Since the purchase I have had several questions due to being new to the Rv world, Josh was happy to continue helping me along the way. I cant speak for everyone, but I cant imagine having a bad experience with Josh of Best Preowned Rvs!
