Disaster!!!! John lll wrote a policy with no follow up and I never got the paperwork...policy had to be re-written elsewhere. The agency didnt have my mailing address correct, name spelled correctly, or phone number- who doesnt keep records of their clients? At renewal, they neglected to send bill tot he lender and get it paid- it lapsed and now I have a new policy with higher premium. John lll nor his father returns calls. Beyond disappointing, waster of time and money. Thankful for Janet, who gave me some sanity fixing the screwups.

Very helpful with all aspects of policy and coverage as well as assistance with any questions or concerns.
