I showed Justina a picture of how I wanted my hair braided and I told her several times. I even went by her shop Tuesday so she could see the length of my hair and to see if she could catch my back being that I have a short hair style. I went there Wed at 10 and my hair was not at all what I wanted when she was finished..She was supposed to do the pixy bob and my hair had so much gaps that you could actually see my scalp. My back was all messed up. called her several time and left messages and she ignored all my calls and texts I even sent her pictures that my daughter took of the back of my hair and still no response. I was very unhappy of how my hair was just coming out in the back on the same day she braided it and how jacked-up my hair was and for her to not care at all..she charged 130.00 for this mess of a hair do. I'am warning everyone not to go to this shop nor purchase anything because she is very unprofessional. I took a loss by trusting her to do my hair and believing that she could actually give me the style I had asked for and showed her several times. Here are some photos of my hair. I would NEVER RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO HER SHOP. GOD WILL HANDLE YOU FOR THE WAY YOU TREATED ME. UNJUST DON'T PROSPER
