Provided by YP.comI was sold a $10,000 dock system to float my 19ft boat, by the owner Doug Edwards. Some of the blocks arrived defective with holes along the seams. I called Doug and asked that he replace them under the 'lifetime warranty' He said he would, but i never received them.
The dock assembled easily enough but when the boat was driven up on the dock the bottom half of the hull was still in the water. The dock did not satay flat, if conformed to the hull of the boat like a taco shell. I called Doug and he hemmed and hawed and said he would get back to me but he never did. He never returned any of my emails after I asked for help how to fix the dock system he previously assured me would float my boat. I tried to jury rig the dock to float my boat, but nothing seemed to work to get the boat totally out of the water. I finally had to buy a different system to finally get my boat out of the water. Avoid Dock blocks. Doug is a dishonest businessman and there are better systems out there sold by companies who stand behind their product.
