Invest in Children and Youth works for children's wellbeing and promotes programs for underserved children. Located in Charleston, S.C., the organization offers a range of programs with the goal of building resiliency and coping skills in youth regionally, nationally and internationally. It also conducts workshops to develop trauma education for posttraumatic stress disorder and other related illnesses to teachers, youth leaders and caring adults. Additionally, the organization assists youth to deal with the stress and trauma related with abuse, abandonment and natural disasters.
