Provided by YP.comI absolutely love Nail Palace. It's my favorite place in this area. The staff is very friendly and always makes me feel welcomed. I get a full set of acrylics done pretty often so their affordable prices are greatly appreciated. And their work is beautiful. My nails always look nice and more importantly, they last! Thank you Nail Palace.

Provided by YP.comMy daughters and I went for a pedi and our experience was fantastic. The ladies treated my little girls with kindness and gentleness and not like bothers. And the job they did on our nails was beautiful! I

Provided by YP.comPalace Nail Salon is Great! I love their services and everyone is really nice. I got the gel manicure and it was so relaxing. I just walked in and was seated right away. Kelly is the BEST!!! My nails lasted 3 weeks with the gel so I will continue to get that service from now on. The place is really clean and there is soft music playing to really get you relaxed.

Provided by YP.comIf I could leave zero (or negative!) stars, I would.
I have very small hands/nails, and due to a genetic condition my nails will split and break when they don't have an acrylic or gel overlay. I haven't had an overlay today, so my nails were fairly short. The gentleman that greeted me at the door informed me that my nails were too short for an overlay, so I said I would come back later (really, I intended to go to Lee Nails in the Citadel Mall, where I have had a gel overlay done on my "too short" nails before), but the nail tech insisted that I let her see my hands, and promised that she could do the overlay. I should have listened to the gentleman!
The tech did my first nail reasonably well, but then for the other 9 nails she decided that she was going to use a nail form to extend the length. I noticed that she was using the nail form over the my natural nail, when every tech I've been to previously has used it UNDER the nail, but I figured she was the professional so I was going to trust that she knew what she was doing. Afterwards I would realize I placed far too much faith in her.
During the process, half of the nail forms lifted off of my natural nail, resulting in a gap between my natural nail and the overlay. The gel overlay itself was also unnecessarily thick, resulting in a final outcome of an overlay that was about 2 stacked pennies higher off my finger than my natural nail. I ended up going immediately to Lee Nails (I should have stuck with them in the first place), and the tech there removed the mess and redid my nails, properly this time, for less than I paid Nail Palace to mess them up in the first place.

Provided by YP.comI viisted this salon as a walk in to get a manicure. The male that gave me my manicure was more interested in looking around then he was in my manicure. There was no interest paid to personal service. My cuticles were not cut well and the tips of my nails quickly chipped. I feel like customer service is very important to this industry for return visits...why don't they get it??
