Provided by YPmobileWorst experience looking for a car ever. The salespeople pressure you into cars you aren't interested in or aren't the price you want and I've never seen so much dishonest pricing. I was offered two different amounts for my trade in and was unable to get an actual price on anything. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Provided by YPmobileAwful experience with the service dept. They have no appreciation for their customers. Do not go here for anything because they will not return your phone calls or try to help you in any way.It is worth the money it will cost to tow my vehicle out of there and take it to another service center so I don't have to deal with them again.I would give this place no stars if I could.
Cathy, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our customers are highly valued by our entire team and we always strive to provide the friendly and transparent service that our customers expect and deserve and we apologize if we did not meet those expectations for you. A representative from our dealership hopes to speak with you privately in order to gain a better understanding and what happened to cause your disappointment and hopefully make things right with you. At your earliest convenience, please call 843-571-3673 and speak with our Service Director, Jim McMaster.

Provided by YP.comYou are absolutely entitled to charge (too much in this case) for your used cars, but the experience I shared today with my family with the Used Car Sales Mgr and his sales rep was beyond acceptable. 1. Greet your Customer Properly. When a potential customer arrives, they are not their to "sing", "shuck and jive", or mess around. If your idea of warming them up is any of these things... strike one. 2. Get the price right. I already stated your prices are marked on the hide side. When a customer asks, "What will you take for this?" Answer them... don't play stump the chump. You are in business to make money, that I understand, but snake-oil sales men went out in the 80's... "what are you willing to pay" went out some time ago. 3. Sales Managers should be professional. When you approach, don't keep playing the game. Get to the bottom line and be professional about it. Then, when you are asked to stop, don't get attitude, and murmor and show your rear with your employee. have you forgotten how we are in a connected world. My advice, take some lessons from your Service Department. They have do an awesome job. Either that, or go work at Taco Bell, because what I experienced today is NOT at all what I want to do business with... you see I have choices as well and if you do a good job, I may tell 5 people, but when you act this way, I will ensure thousands hear about it.

Provided by YP.comI recently purchased a 2013 Explorer from Palmetto Ford and it was an awesome experience. Prior to going to the dealership I called and spoke with the finance manager Mike and he gave me a ton of great information. I am always skeptical going to car dealerships because they are not known for their honesty but everything that I was told prior to making the trip up there was true. When I arrived at the dealership Mike introduced me to my salesman Kelvin who was super friendly from the beginning. He right away took me out to start seeing what all I was going to want in my Explorer. He was very patient with my 2 year old son and made me feel at ease with the whole car buying process. Managers Bruce and Scott were also very helpful in making my deal happen. I explained I had been working very hard to be able to get this vehicle and I really wanted to be able to make a deal. They worked all day on my trade amount and getting a great finance rate. After all the paperwork was done and I was presented with the keys, the internet manager came out to my vehicle and spent 30 minutes explained everything about the technology in my vehicle and how to work it so I would be comfortable using it. I really appreciate the amazing service I received there and it was refreshing to walk away from the dealership being able to say I had a great experience. THANK YOU PALMETTO FORD!!!
