My husband and I recently were ready to purchase a refrigerator and did some shopping around. We had purchased a Bosch dishwasher two years ago from Plugs so of course went to check prices there. We were greeted by a nice smile and friendly personality from one of the salesman named Charles Dean. We were NOT pressured at all by Charles and he shared some knowledge about which fridges would be the best for the space we had. Long story short, we left, went to Lowes, Home Depot (where we got VERY little help) checked out a couple of local appliance stores and even found the one we wanted for $91.00 less than Plugs price. However, we felt that Charles was not only honest and not the least bit pushy paying the extra $91.00 was worth it so we headed back to Plugs!! We told Charles of the price and low and behold he matched it!!!
We are very pleased to say the least and hope that the discount won't get Charles in trouble with Plugs but that made such a huge impact we have already referred Plugs and Charles to our neighbors who are doing a renovation and in need of SEVERAL appliances!!
Thank you Charles...and thank you Plugs for hiring such a nice personable employee!!

PLUGS APPLIANCE CENTER is the best thing that has happened in Charleston in 2013. THE PRODUCTS ARE HIGH END. THE SALES PEOPLE ARE VERY KNOWLEGABLE. THE OPTIONS ARE NUMEROUS. THE PRICES ARE MORE THAN COMPETITIVE

Went into plugs after doing much research on appliance stores the gentleman I spoke to was quite friendly and gave me a quote on the appliances we had chosen. I then did some more price searching on line and found better prices on some of the appliances after calling plugs I was emailed by a different sales man and told they wouldn't match the prices as an aggregate! So I went into the store to buy the one appliance they had beat everyone else on only to be told it was a package deal! So how do the sell as and aggregate or not!!!! I will never go in to their stor again and would certainly not recommend anyone to them!
