They took care of my husband and were so professional. Very prompt in meeting our needs. The physician was excellent, made a home visit and called when my husband was declining. The nurse helped to ease our fears and guide us on medications and expectations. Would recommend their service to others.

Pretty bad.

My wife is in hospice, waiting to die. These guys will do little to actually help keep a patient comfortable unless it comes in liquid or pill form or is something a nurse's aide can do. Aside from one person, the nurses seem to be completely lacking in empathy or compassion. I called the on call nurse at about 1:40 this morning to ask about giving more nausea medication, and wound up essentially being yelled at by this person for bringing up the nasty cough my wife has developed over the last few days, and just on general purposes. She even suggested that I stop providing sustenance to my wife (she has a feeding tube for overnight nutrition), as that might prolong her demise. So apparently I can starve her to death, but they can't actually DO anything to make her more comfortable other than dope her up. Pretty pathetic. Do yourself and your loved one a favor - pick someone else. ANYONE else.
