Provided by YPmobileI called this shop to order a basket that they had on line,they told me since it was the week before Thanksgiving,I could only get what they wanted to make,I guess after Thanksgiving they can just close,call Charleston Flori,by the way i had to pick a starst,they were happy for the order

Provided by YP.comThis business doesn't deserve any stars at all!!! My husband is in Japan and ordered flowers for me for my birthday through http://1-800-FLOWERS.com. He advised them the delivery was to a business that was open 9-5 and requested the $85 bouquet be delivered between 11-2. Well needless to say he was not happy when I talked to him at 5:00 and he asked if I liked the flowers because I had no idea what he was talking about because I did not receive any flowers. After getting off the phone, I get a call from the delivery girl asking if I'm still at work because she's on her way. I told her I was on my way home but would turn around, so I did just that. I met her at about 5:30 in the parking lot of my work. I looked at the envelope the little card was in and it said right on there 9-5, deliver between 11-2 if possible. OK, it was a Friday and I can see maybe missing this 3-hour window, but not getting there in 6 hours is ridiculous.
I called 1-800-FLOWERS and advised them of the situation and was told I would hear from someone in customer service. Well, when Wednesday came around and I hadn't heard anything yet, I took things into my own hands. Since the envelope didn't have the florist name on it (and now I understand why because they don't want anyone to know how horrible they are and that their flowers don't last, but I'll get into that in a minute). I called the number the delivery girl called me from and she told me who the florist was. I called them and got no sympathy, no apology, no nothing. All the guy told me was that I wasn't his customer and could not compensate me, this after telling me his contract with FTD guarantees delivery by 5. After going back and forth with this very rude man, I finally told him that not only would I NOT recommend him as a florist, but I would go out of my way to tell people not to use him and hung up on him. I proceeded to call 1-800-FLOWERS again and advised them of this encounter....still waiting to hear back from a supervisor there.
Now onto the flowers themselves. They were gorgeous on Friday, when I finally got them, and Saturday and Sunday. But now it's Wednesday and the roses are drying up, the petals are falling off the lilies, etc. And my husband paid $85 dollars for these. I have NEVER gotten flowers from a true florist who knows what they are doing that start dying after just a few days. The last time my husband sent me flowers, he got them from a shop in Goose Creek and they lasted at least two weeks!!!! Oh, and Seithels spelled my name wrong. My husband ordered these online and I know he knows how to spell my name, so hmmm, just a guess here, but I'm guessing the florist didn't care enough to double check the spelling!!!
This has been the worst experience ever with a florist, and I highly recommend to everyone reading this that you DO NOT us Seithels unless you wanted to be treated rudely and receive horrible flowers that die within days!!!!!
