My family and I visited this establishment on last night, three adults and three children under the age of 14. We had the absolute worst customer service experience ever from the time we walked in the door. When we walked in, excited about being there because my fiancé has been wanting to take us there, we saw one waitress cleaning off a table and she looked back at us. When she was done cleaning the table, that sat 4, she went behind the bar. We'd never had the Tail Gator's experience before so we were actually waiting to be greeted at least and asked if we needed seating for 6. The only reason I say this is because none of the available tables, two of them, sat more than 4. We stood waiting for what seemed like about 5 minutes, before my fiancé suggested we just sit at the two tables and he walked to the bar to see if someone would be there to help us and to start a tab. While at the bar he spoke with Dianna and asked her to come over and help us. She stormed over squirted the table where his mom and I sat wildly with cleaner, did not greet us, did not speak to us at all. She then commenced to the table where the children sat, she didn't spray their table, but instead sprayed the cloth and then wiped the table. Then she went over to a third table, slammed the cleaner on the table, and at that point my fiancé's mom called attempted to get her attention by saying, "Excuse me", Dianna put up her finger (pointer) as if to say one minute, but her body language was all wrong. At this point my fiancé had come over, beer in hand, that he got from the bar. His mom asked him if he knew if they were going to put the tables together. He turned to speak with Dianna, and she began to move and slam a chair, a couple seconds later, I look over to see them toe-to-toe and heads shaking. I got up from the table, and they were indeed involved in an argument. I don't know what Dianna's issue was but she was being EXTREMELY RUDE and very inappropriate. His mom and I did our best to diffuse the situation, gather our family and leave.

Once they all got outside, I went to the bar to ask the bartender for a name and/or number of someone over Dianna or maybe a corporate number. He was not willingly giving me any help. He replied, that Dianna was the closest thing to a manager that I'd get. I then went to her and asked for the same information. She began to speak to me in a manner as if she were defending her very disrespectful and rude behavior. I told her that I didn't want to hear it and wanted to leave, she replied that people saw what had happened and that there were cameras in the place. I continued to ask for the information. By this time, my fiancé and his mom reentered looking for me. I let them know what I was doing and she was nervously writing information. I have never in all my years walked in to a place where we'd be paying for service, be stared/glared at, not greeted, sprayed with table cleaner, and treated the way that we were as a whole. I will write and share this review with as many review blogs as I can in an effort to let them know that it's unacceptable and that all people should be treated equally. They really need to do some retraining and informing their employees of proper customer service skills.
