Had my bike tuned there. One week promised turned into 2, then 2 and a half. Got the bike back. Wheels tuned well, brakes tuned well, gears...not so much. Pretty cheap for the work, but I would have preferred better work. Reasonably heplfull staff. Quality accesories and OK prices.

i called on july 12th and spoke to ryan ,and he was so nice and helpful.he really knows his job well,and he deserves a raise.i will do my business with ryan for sure.

Despite two attempts to order a hitch assembly replacement kit for my child's trailer bike, I still have not gotten the kit. I purchased the trailer bike from The Bicycle Shoppe and would love to be able to use it. However, after taking my name and information on two separate occasions, I have heard nothing from them and we can't use the product which we purchased from them.
