I have had a hole in my ceiling from a water leak for over six months from where they came in and did half the job and they charge 120$ now instead of 20$ for late fee on rent. The only reason it was late is because the check was dated to the 6th which I thought was a part of the agreement. I've rented from this company 1 1/2 years and they couldn't wave the 120$ so I'm already looking at new places and intend to be out soon. This company is the slumlord of the DT area. The walls were never painted after being patched and the countertops were falling apart when I got here but I really needed to get into a place when I first got here to Charleston. Regardless, I should mention the mold poisening and the termite infestation that happened after being here. I've never been late on rent and this is absolutely amazing considering the money is always drafted from my account on the 6th. I'm happy to pay the 120$ and hope they realize that 120$ is not worth the value of a renewal which would insure them 12,000 dollars. I also had to buy my own washer and dryer set because they couldn't fix the ones they had in the apartment. Good luck on your hunt and I don't recommend this company.

They are terrible! Terrible service! They completely let me down with managing my rental units. They then refused to refund me any money when I had to evict and do repairs as a result of them.
