I however had an amazing experience here. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient! The clothing beyond expectation too! I hope that the woman who wrote the previous review made an impact on the level of service expected at a retail establishment. If so it definetly helped to improve it!!!

This was, hands down, the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I went with a friend who was visiting Charleston. One of the women working at the store was very helpful; she showed us clothes that we would like and encouraged us to try things on. While I was in the dressing room, I overheard another employee talking with my friend. "Do you have an event to go to or something?" she snapped. "Because this is NOT the place for PLAYING." When we confronted the woman about it, she unapologetically explained that college students "come in, try on furs, take Facebook pictures, and leave." Neither of us are college students, and we had only tried clothes that we were serious about purchasing. I have never had an employee profile me that way before, and I was deeply offended. This was definitely not a good example of Charleston for my visiting friend! What a mistake!
