Provided by YP.comWag Factory has been great for our dog. You get to watch him socialize/play all day long and don't have to worry about him not being taken care of. In addition, it's a very clean environment. It doesn't even have a "dog smell" when you walk inside. I'd recommend "Wag" to anyone with a playful puppy.

Provided by YP.comI highly recommend Wag Factory, especially for daycare! I take my 7 month puppy here several times a week in order for him to play and socialize outside. He is always super excited to go in and has a blast! I know because I can watch him on the cameras throughout my work day. The socialization dogs get is invaluable, and I will promote Wag Factory to anyone looking to be extra sweet to their pup!

Provided by YP.comI have been taking my high energy Border Collie Mix to the Wag Factory for a couple of months and he absolutely LOVES it! As soon as we turn into the entrance he starts to get very excited and runs to give Samantha (the manager) a hug when he walks through the door. The best part is that he is exhausted when we get home so I don't have to feel guilty for skipping a nightly walk here or there when I've had a long day. They actually just moved to a new building so he has even more room to run about and I love to look in on him on the webcam and see him interacting with all these other dogs

Provided by YP.comLOVE Wag Factory!!
I bring my husky to daycare at Wag Factory 2-5 times a week. I have been bringing her here since she was a puppy (about 2 years) and have ALWAYS felt that she was in good hands. I love being able to watch her play on the wag cams, what a great idea!
The new facility is awesome, there is turf outside, which the dogs love, and it keeps my white dog clean! The indoor rooms are really spacious, and my husky loves laying on the cold floor after being outside in the heat. I am so happy they offer daycare on the weekends now too, I can drop her off on the way to Folly, and not have to worry about her while I am enjoying myself on the beach!
The kennel manager, Sam, is so knowledgeable about dogs (and cats), and I will sometimes ask her opinion on training or small issues I have with my pets. She didn't hesitate at all when there was a conflict at the dog park one day, and took complete control of the situation, even though her dogs were not involved and there were at least 50 people standing around watching. I have complete faith in her and her team to take great care of my dog every single day.
I will never bring Daisy anywhere else! Wag Factory is our favorite daycare, and she always comes home exhausted!!

Provided by YP.comThis place stinks. It is overcrowded with dogs and there is no room for them to really run around outside. The staff seems nice enough but it sure costs a lot to have my little dogs sitting in a fluorescent-lit room all day
Tubaplyr, please allow me to respond to some of your concerns: I apologize if there was any kind of dog odor at our shop. Unfortunately, keeping dog odors down is one of the hardest things we face. Even with our strict cleaning regiment, I think you will find any dog-related business to have some level of odor. It's especially tough with such a humid climate. As for being over-crowded, we have had an amazing start to 2012 as many owners have seen the benefits of Doggie Daycare and the great level of service the Wag Factory Staff provides. We ensure the dogs' safety by performing a temperament test to see how well they interact with the pack and those who do not pass are not allowed to play in daycare. We try to rotate the dogs inside and out throughout the day. I think the most important thing that keep our customers coming back is that their dogs are anxious and can't wait to get to the Wag Factory in the morning and leave happy and tired from a healthy day of play. As always please feel free to contact me with any additional concerns at [email protected] Thanks! Ryan - Owner

Provided by YP.comThis place is great! The staff are friendly and really care about the pets that stay there. They keep busy checking in and playing with the pets, so maybe your call won't be answered or returned right away (a problem I have never had) but this place is definitely worth calling back if that happens. My dog gets about as excited driving up to the Wag Factory as he does to the beach or the dog park, and he comes home happy and pleasantly tired from playing.

Provided by YP.comDon't bother, left 2 messages for service on Wag auto phone, they did NOT even bother to call me back. I have two dogs that I wanted bathed and pedicured and left messages with NO CALL BACK, GUESS THEY DON'T NEED MY BUSINESS.
StaceyEd, I am very sorry your calls were not returned. This should not have happened and I can assure you it will not happen again. It is not the level of customer service we have built our reputation on. If you would be so kind to email me personally at [email protected], I would love to try and remedy the situation. Thanks, Ryan - Owner

Provided by YP.comThe staff is friendly and seem to genuinely care about the dogs. The coffee machine and wag camera are nice touches. Were this in another storefront in another location, I might feel differently about this place.
This is just about the worst possible location in terms of safety for a dog. It is on the busiest road around with no protection other that a wooden gate in the back to keep dogs from running out. There has been at least one incident of a dog getting out and I wouldn't want to think mine could as well.
The place is also rather filthy and small. If I'm paying this much to keep my dog entertained and exercised throughout the day, you better believe I want the best possible scenario for her.
With all of the options in the Charleston area (newspaper awards notwithstanding), there are many better options for your pooch.

Provided by YP.comI just wanted you to know that this is a great place to take your dog. I have a Westie, and had taken him to another groomer in the area (James Island). I was not happy at all with the cut. So I thought I would try this one, I just thought it looked inviting. They had been selected as a good local business. So I went and wow, from the initial visit, I stopped by to see if I could get an idea on what they did. And most of all are they good with my breed. The young lady that worked the desk was very friendly, and Neil the groomer was walking in the door. He took the time to explain to me what he did, but most of all he listened to what I was unhappy about. So we made the appointment for the next day, and wow he did a great job on my dog. I have had other dogs that used groomers, locally and out of state. I have to say this was the best. Service is hugh here, they also board and day care. I had my dog stay for the afternoon in the day care, well needles to say he went right to sleep when he got home. They also have a webcam so you can watch. This for sure will be where my dogs will hangout, either grooming, daycare or boarding. I am very happy I found it. And again the service is great., very friendly, and they do love your dog.
