My husband and I called for a cab to take us home from the Kroger in Kanawha City at around 7pm. The dispatch said a cab would be there shortly. We waited outside in the cold for close to a hour, and when I called back, the dispatch informed me that none of the drivers were choosing to take our call. She then informed me, the drivers pick and choose what trips they take. We have always tipped something to the drivers, and have paid $11.00 - as high as $15.00 fare from Virginia St E to Kanawha City. I would urge everyone to think twice before calling for C&H service, as you too could possibly get "stranded" if your trip fare might be deemed less than the amount desired, (how ever much) that might be. Lord only knows!

Where are the zero stars. I called a cab at 11pm --it is now 2am and ISTILL DO NOT HAVE A Cab!!!!The problem is C&H is the only game in town so they pick and choose what fares they take. I always tip well, don't keep them waiting and I could not get a cab AT ALL tonight. Please bring in another cab company.

I had the greatest conversation with my driver. It was a pleasant surprise. Thanks for that. Great experience all around!

C&H was very helpful when I called them and were very prompt. Our driver was great too. Would definitely recommend.
