Never use this company as a leasing agent. If they collect rents for you they will only give up a fraction of it to you. They have poor bookkeeping and we have lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Horrible to deal with and it will cost you a fortune.

Like the previous reviewers, I was having difficulty finding a place for my family using the newspaper and Craigslist. (Warning -- a LOT of Craigslist postings are scams!) A friend suggested I look in the Yellow Pages for Property Management companies, and found a perfect house within one day! I sign the lease tomorrow, and the house is in a great neighborhood, and perfect for my family. Obviously, I don't have any information about how well they maintain their properties, but this house is in good condition compared to many rentals I've looked at in Charleston.
