I live out of state. But while visiting Charleston, I stopped by to get my car washed because of the reviews I read online. Well when you pull up there are no hours listed on the front of the building that I could see. And because it was only 4:50pm, I thought for sure they would be open as most car washes are that I’ve ever been to. So I follow the directions around the building and there was one car in front of me that was in the wash. As I’m waiting there, the man who works there looks at me and says, “This is the last car we are taking.” I said, oh I didn’t know? I said I dont see the hours posted anywhere. He looked at me and turned his head and totally ignored me. I asked him if he knew where another car wash was and he just blatantly ignored me. I literally cannot believe what was happening. You’re going to tell me that you can’t wash my car but you’re gonna wash the car right in front of me? That’s not even the fact why I am upset. It’s the fact that the employee had absolutely no customer service skills at all! Much less any manners! Unreal! I don’t care how well you can clean a car, if you don’t know how to talk to your customers then you’ve got a problem!

Don't wash real well unless you buy the more costly wash and when they dry your car over the left over dirt it scratch your paint!! Don't dare talk to the Manager Mrs. Ray( and I use Mrs very loosely) she will be rude and thinks her car wash is never wrong!!! I wouldn't let them wash my shoes much less my car!!!

I love this car wash they are nice and like to listen to us if they mess up
