Provided by YP.comWhat happened?! Every single person employed at JCPenny that walked past me today smiled and said "hello, how are you" and I actually believe that they were sincere. After the fourth person to smile and say hello, I said to myself..."wow, this is nice to be treated like they want me in their store". Thanks for making my day a little happier.
