Kmart maintains a presence in Charleston, W.Va.

NASTY STORE

this store is ALWAYS hot-90� & above and soo dirty, the bathrooms are never cleaned! and the customer service lady is soo rude and nasty, i will drive to st albans before i ever shop there again!!

I had a scheduled appt. at 12 noon, and at first, i was delayed because the photographer had to do something else, so i came back at 12:30, and then they told me the camera was broken, so i was told to come back in 1 hr. They called for me to come back at 2:00, and it took her 1 hr to photograph my kids, then i had to wait 1/2 hr to view my pictures,(while she waited on other people, and her help stood around and did nothing) and I had told them prior to me leaving the first time that i had to be at work at 4pm. It was 3:40pm and I had to leave for work without ordering my pictures. And i was told that I could not order my pictures on another day. So, I had just wasted my time and my gas for nothing.I will not be returning to this studio.

They have high prices but is close to home. They need to lower somethings because you can it for less at dollar store and is the samething.
