Don't ever get your rings sized at this location. I had to sized and they stretched them out without adding gold and they broke the same day because they were so thin. I took them back and I was told that they would fix them but all they did was put it back together. When I called to see what they were going to do the manager was extremely rude. One of my rings is way bigger than the other one. They are extremely thin. I will never buy anything or take any Jewelery in this store again. Pay the extra money and go to a jeweler. Don't waste your time.the employees from another store told me never to go get it done there. What does that tell you about there work?

I have had two rings in Pawn here for several months. They are very easy to work with. Even when making late payments, they are great. i am currently two months past on my pawn and they still are letting me keep my rings and pay even though it is so late. Not a good review for me, but they are awesome!

I called this business and spoke to a man named John, He promised to honor a price at one of their other locations and even put the item in the back for me to pick up the next day. I went to pick the item up and was told they did have that item put away, but they were not going to sell it at that price. I drove 35 min to this location just for this item that I was promised. This is not the way business is supposed to be conducted.
