FOOD WAS OLD AND NASTY...RICE WAS EITHER OVERCOOKED OR OLD RICE WAS GUMMY...GENERAL TSOS CHICKEN HAD NO SAUCE..MANAGER DENUED WHEN I COMPLAINED. VERY INEFFICIENT AS A BUSINESS...THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER IN ME...NOT SO MUCH FOR BAD FOOD BUT FOR MANAGERS ATTITUDE...VERY VERY POOR.

Ordered delivery tonight called after waiting 1 hour and was told it was on the way. After another 30 minutes called again and was told our food was left at an address that was not ours. The individual on the phone told us we needed to go to our neighbors and get our food ourselves instead of offering to send us a new order. The food was in fact at our neighbors house, he thought someone living there who was on the way home might have ordered it. Bottom line, it was ridiculous to be told to go get our own food. It was completely cold. Restaurant did not offer to replace order or refund money. Will never order from them again, If I could rate them zero stars I would. Poorest customer service I have ever experienced.

Called them second because they was farther away but they DELIVERED at 10:20 on a Friday night! Was told by a restaurant that was closer (Ashton Place) NO we close 10:30 ,...which I understand but Wok n Roll went out if their way!! Thank you! ����������������
