Stay away from it! I relocated in may and before doing so went to the Charlestown IN Mainsource bank branch to suspend the benefits package on my bank account. I told the teller verbally and she said that it would be taken care of. As I had transportation issues and had yet to set up direct deposit for my new job I had not checked my bank account. A few weeks ago I received two pieces of mail. One from Mainsource and one from a collections agency saying that my account was overdrafted approx. $125. I called the bank in regards to the issue and after the customer service being very rude to me they transferred me to the Charlestown branch. They informed me that there was a form that I never received that I had to fill out to halt my benefits package. I had never received a bank statement or email and had no idea. All of the overdraft was fees and penalties as I hadn't used my card. Their idea of working with me was that I pay $65 and suspend the account (which I did) to avoid further charges. Fair warning for anyone thinking of banking there.
