Provided by YP.commy wife and I stayed here . when we arrived the room smelled of cigarette smoke. I don't know if they clean the room since the state went non smoking,My wife use to smoke and I never had one in my mouth. When I was out looking at land they called our room. they ask my wife if we were smoking. She said no. She has serious lung problems and had a tripple bypass. She quit smoking. They said they were SNIFFING at the door. I told the lady at check out it was a slap in our face. she said they were inquiring. now tey charging us a dammage fee. I fighting it. I will never stay at an Americ INN again. I will post it on another web site that I can get on with over 50,000hits. I rather stay in a farmers field.WHY DIDN'T THE CLEANING PEOPLE SMELL IT WHEN THEY CLEANED THE ROOM AFTER THE PRIOR GUEST CHECK OUT?????CALLED HEAD QUARTES, THEY SAID THE MANAGER WILL CALL ME IN THREE DAYS. IT GOING ON THREE WEEKS. IF COPORATE DONT CARE , THEN THEY SHOULD CLOSE THEIR DOORS NOW.
Unfortunately, these guests smoked in their guest room and were charged a damage fee. They filed a complaint with the BBB and the Better Business Bureau ruled in the hotel's favor. They were not refunded their damage fee. The entire hotel is non-smoking. The guests staying in the room next door to this guest alerted us to the smoke. It is unfair to our other guests that these people smoked and the charge was justified because of the extensive cleaning we had to do and the discount we had to give the guests that were bothered by these people smoking.

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I stayed at this place last weekend for our anniversary. Now mind you she's from California so I thought it would be impossible to impress her any where around here. Well... she was definitely happy about this place. The rooms were very clean and the staff was really nice. The indoor pool was a PLUS considering it was freezing outside. Over all I would recommend this place to anyone, young or old. It was just an awesome environment up there!
