We are a winery and vineyard that focuses on small-batch, Michigan made wines. Owners Jay and Lora Higdon acquired the winery in 2015 which was previously known as Charlevoix Moon. This venture fulfills a lifelong dream of the Higdons to bring their own twist on the vino lifestyle to Charlevoix. Dr. Lora Higdon, CEO and president of Autograph Forbes Global Properties in Traverse City has a successful track record of building customer-focused businesses around lifestyle and concierge services. A recent addition is the micro-distillery, Rebar Stillworks, added by Jay. He creates spirits from the wine which produces a much smoother product. So far he has several different vodkas, brandy, and rum going with plans to expand further in the future.
