this nice mom and pop motel it is small and quite place room was clean fresh nicely maintained bed was very nice comfortable i had good night sleep you can not believe small motel and had 32" flat LCD TV better then bigger name i enjoyed staying this place i travel all over America and stay all different place and i m very picky but i after i saw room i was impressed i have to gave credit to owner for up keeping as you know every thing going up but not motel room price and i ask owner how he is doing and owner said is tough but have to keep up with industry and i always support small motel over biger chain now on after talking motel owner i will try to support small mom and pop place

This is an older mom&pop type motel but the room we stayed was close to the office and was clean.

Newer carpeting. Clean fresh linens. Clean older style bathroom with shower.

The room smelled clean and fresh like it had been just freshly scrubbed down with cleansers.

The refrigerator and microwave in our room was new and fresh. They had many cable channels (More than the average hotel you stay at without paying extra for movies)

The amnenieties are few such as just the right amount of towells and wash cloths with 2 small bars of soap but thats o.k as I bring my own shampoos unless I'm staying at a fancy resort.

We stayed the night at this motel as we happened to be traveling with our pet and most hotel/motels are not to friendly about that which I can understand (but our pet is well trained and is a working dog, has to travel with us).

SO, normally I would have liked to stay at a fancier place but I have to say the exterior is older and in the morning when we left (we checked in late just for a place to sleep for the night) at the other end of the motel , the last room had furniture and carpeting ripped out and did not look very nice but obviously they must be working on remodeling the place, room by room I'm assuming since it is a smaller business and unlike the previous reviewer our room was clean and freshly cleaned otherwise I would have not stayed at this establishment. I'm am curious though why they stayed here as there are several other hotels and motels on this same street. You have quite a selection to choose from.

I stayed because it was freshly cleaned, clean refrigerator and microwave, accepted my pet and yes, very cheap and friendly at the same time! Maybe the previous reviewer stayed in a room not remodeled(?) but still they had many other options, as far as other hotels to stay at . I most certainly wouldnt stay in a flea infested moldy motel room regardless of price! Conclusion: I only stayed here once for one night for quick shut'eye ,room was older but fresh&clean,clean linens and refrigerator and microwave were obviously new and clean. This is a good mom&pop place to sleep for a night. Since this is an older establishment I'd typically give a 1sstar1/2 or 2 stars but because our room was older but clean and included a new refrigeratorµwave and I could tell the lady at the front desk was working hard (doing front desk work, cleaning rooms) I threw extra pts on. She was kind and working pretty hard on her own.

BESIDES THE FACT THAT THE HOUSE KEEPER ONLY EMPTYS YOUR GARABAGE NO CHANGING THE BEDS LET ALONE MAKING THEM, THE ROOM WAS AWFUL, IT WAS FILTY, IT STUNK, THE FRIDGE WAS NASTY, THE TV HAD SO MUCH DUST ON THE SCREEN SUPRISLY YOU COULD SEE SOME OF THE PICTURE, MOLD ON THE WALLS AS WELL AS THE CARPET, FLEAS, BATHROOM FLOODS WHEN YOU TAKE A SHOWER, BUT DON'T FORGET YOUR WATER SHOES, BECAUSE THE SHOWER WAS NASTY AS WELL, THE TOILET WAS NOT SANITARY FOR ANYONE TO USE, THE WINDOW LEAK LEAVING A WEIRD SMELL AND STAINS BEHIND THE SHEETS ON THE BED WERE NOT CLEAN THE ALSO HAD STAINS ON THE BLANKET, THE CARPET HAD NOT BEEN VACUMED AND MY GUESS WOULD BE ATLEAST A YEAR, COULD NOT WALK AROUND ROOM BAREFOOTED AT ALL, THE OWNER WOULD NOT GIVE OUT TOWLES AND SOAP WITHOUT AN ADDITUDE, TRUST ME IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH DO NOT STAY!!!!
