Tricia, it is sad that you would shame a haircut that I did on your husband. What he didnt tell u was he asked me not to take any off the top, and skin on the sides and the back. You called to complain for your husband, which has never happened in 35 years (a wife calling for her husband). When u called I apologized, not realizing who he was, and told u to... please send him back down, I will always make things right with a customer, People do know that about me, I always communicate with a customer to make sure they as well as myself know what they want. U refuse to take my offer and send him back down and said u would shave his head. Ok, but what he didnt tell you, was I showed him his haircut and he was happy with it before he left, he left me a $8.00 tip ontop of his $12.00 haircut, You also said he left me that bcuz he didn't have change. I make change for $12.00 haircuts hourly and daily. So my guess is the miscommunication is between your husband and you. He was very Happy with the haircut when he left.

Had a bad haircut and was not nice when trying to deal with her on the phone )hung up on me) and continued to be nasty via messenger. Tried to say my husband was bald (he has hair there, she cut it)! And said she could fix it! The only way to fix it is to shave his head. Would not have had a problem if she would have been nicer.
