Youth Facility offers detention and residential, community-based and day treatment solutions. The facility is one of the units of Eaton County in Michigan, which manages animal control, treasurer and information systems departments. Its community development department works to provide public services to the local units of government and citizens in the areas of planning and zoning, economic development and housing. The county has a health department that is responsible for administering several substance abuse prevention programs.
