This has been our family bank for over 25 years and the customer experience is stellar! Tellers are friendly, helpful and service is professional. Security is taken very seriously and threats have been responded to extremely fast. I would recommend highly to any one needing a dependable bank! (Note: do not work at the bank, or any bank, nor does anyone I know-we haven't been paid by this bank yo say these things either!)

The Manager and Tellers have treated my newly hired daughter as if they are bothered by having to train her. My daughter has stated to me that the other tellers are reluctant to assist her when she asks for help. After one weeks training and three weeks on the job she has been audited by the Manager and the mistake was found to be made by the Teller that was supposed to be shadowing and/or training my daughter. My daughter feels bad for causing concern and rightly making a few beginners mistakes but is sound and responsible for her own actions. I just would like the Manager and other Tellers to think back to when they were just three weeks new to the job.
