Provided by YP.comI have been a client of Professional Billing services for over 10 years. They are very professional and efficient at billing, posting and dealing with patient questions. Kendra, the owner, even goes out of her way to help with questions that won't even generate income for her! Using this business is also cheaper than having a staff member do the billing! And you can rest easy knowing that they are up-to-date with the latest rules and regulations, and will be doing things right!

They have always done an outstanding and thorough job with billing, posting and talking with our patients. They keep up with the latest technology. Kendra also goes the extra mile to answer all of our questions, even if it is not going to result in any $$ for her! Her services cost way less than having an employee, and I know that everything will be done correctly. That gives you a definite peace of mind!

Provided by YP.comPBS has been doing the billing in my Chiropractic office for 2 yrs now and I wish I would have started using them when I opened my practice 11 yrs ago! Kendra and her staff are EXCEPTIONAL, always responding to my questions in a timely manner (definitely w/in 24hrs but more like 2hrs), always letting me know if they need additional info from me (that I forgot) so they can bill accordingly, and all on a consistent basis. She has so much experience with billing!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PBS!

Provided by YP.comReply to post. Drs staff entered all charges and ins info. I ask offices to send copies of new pt ins so I can double check pts are entered correctly but they chose not to after their office manager left. So I'm going into the system and billing out the pts that they put in to bill but I don't know if there are other pts in the system that should be billed since they wouldn't give me the info. I asked multiple times about charges being down after his manager left. Staff and Dr told me they were slow. He started these accusations after he didn't want to pay his bill (which he still hasn't). I wasn't able to see in the system whether or not anything he is stating is true but I do know the system. If all pts were loaded correctly the system would pull them. I get paid a percentage of what I collect so I wouldn't randomly refuse to bill something. Using a billing service is still a team effort and unfortunately, he didn't have his staff perform their share of the duties.

Provided by YP.comWorked with Pbs as my billing service for only 1.5 years. I became very frustrated with the lack of ownership of mistakes made by, not just the people working for the company, but the owner Kendra. I was often given excuses and my staff was often blamed for mistakes when there was a problem with the billing. My staff was never responsible for the billing. When questioned about problems with billing the owner will often get very defensive and even try to argue with you personally. When we finally terminated our contract with their services my staff found that Pbs had not billed appx $12K ( back only one year) services as I had my staff go back through our system. When questioned she became very irritated and took no responsibility. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on the my personal experience.
