I needed a spare ignition key for my late model Silverado. When I contacted two local Chevy dealerships, both explained that in addition to being cut, the metal key needed to have its internal transponder chip programmed to my specific vehicle which could only be done by connecting their computer to the onboard data system input. Both quoted between $225 to $250 for a single key! (This did not include an extra fob, which I did not need). This locksmith (Eugene) had all of the necessary equipment and did the job to perfection for 1/3 of what the dealers were demanding. He was also prompt, easy to work with, and highly professional. I will absolutely use him in the future for all lock issues.

24hr Discount Locksmith is the best you can get. My wife lost her car keys on Christmas eve and Discount Locksmith got our car out of the dreaded Wal Mart parking lot at an awesome price. Then a month later cut us another key! Don't go to the dealership, call Discount Locksmith. He brings a whole new image of the average locksmith business . Thank you Sir.
