A Lot Like Home, Incorporated is an assisted living facility with a maximum of six (6) residents who live in a home-like environment. 

The facility is family owned and operated to ensure quality staffing. 

Our mission is to provide caring support services to older adults who may no longer wish to live alone, but who do not need nursing care.  The level of independence is based completely on the resident’s wishes and abilities.

 A written service plan is developed for each resident which includes their preferences in food menus, snacks, activities, medication management, and outdoor activities such as gardening. This service plan is updated as needs and preferences change.

The site is located at the end of a dead-end street in a quite neighborhood. Generous lawn and garden provide space for outdoor enjoyment and personal gardening, if desired. · Large porch with ceiling fans is available for relaxing. Services provided for residents include: · Assistance with personal care needs provided in a respectful and dignified manner. This includes bathing, grooming and dressing. · Assistance with dining is provided as needed. · Personal laundry and linen service is provided for all residents. · Transportation to medical appointments, shopping and planned outings-including day trips. · Planned activities coordinated by the Activities Director. · Other services will be considered as requested by the resident and/or family. · Small pets will be considered for residents in private bedrooms if they are gentle, house trained, and up-to-date on all shots. (A security deposit may be required.)
