Provided by YP.comI have been using this company for years. I keep saying I am going to switch but I haven't. Now I will. They don't return your phone calls. They tell you they will work with the provider of C-Pap supplies to make them aware of any changes for you. They DO NOT! For months I have been receiving the wrong cushion for my C-Pap mask. And since they don't return phone calls, I can't get any assistance. I would STRONGLY advise you to use another provider for your equipment, supplies, etc.. I know I will. This is the last straw for me.

Provided by YP.comThe professionalism that I expect in a DME compnay has been below poor. They do not return phone calls, causing the delieveries for my CHILD'S medical needs to be delayed which can be scary, deliveries coming a week out after being given by phone, and service guys calling me to service the equipment the day of and not accepting no as an answer after requesting that they at least give me 24 hours notice due to our family schedule. I am currently now on the 5th day of my phone call not being returned to order my equipment for my child which confirms my decision to change companies. They affect the life of the patient....to any MOTHER....please choose another agency.

Provided by YP.comAbsolutely without a shadow of a doubt the worst company to deal with that I have ever dealt with. These people have absolutely no concept of customer service. There are so many other companies you can deal with, all you have to do is request it.

There isn't enough character space to express my dissatisfaction with this company!
Their service techs are rude. One proceeded to tell my 86-year-old father who is obviously not in the best of health if he's using oxygen, is legally blind and has dementia that it was "problematic" that he was asking questions about using the oxygen.
In addition, they insist on visiting my father and leaving equipment WITHOUT notifying me beforehand. They will walk past the front desk staff at my Dad's Assisted Living facility and visit him without signing in or ensuring that he understands what's going on (which he doesn't).
Their billing practices are less than ethical. In fact, that's usually how I discover the unauthorized visits. Funny how they don't forget to BILL me but can't notify me that they're visiting, and they have MASSIVE turnover.
Completely unprofessional all the way around. STAY AWAY!!!!
In fact, tell your physicians NOT to use them!!!

Provided by YP.comMother was told she had to rent a nebulizer (Adult & Pediatric Specialist). After five months (and being billed $9.75 monthly), I called the billing office. The billing agent stated that the $9.75 went toward my her insurance deductible. After much discussion, I finally asked her what was being CHARGED to Medicare and AARP to result in the "deductible" being billed to her. So, according to the billing agent, Adult & Pediatric Specialist billed Medicare & AARP to the following amounts MONTHLY: $171 & 50.73 respectively. $221.73 x 5 Months = $1108.65 .... all for a $40 nebulizer. (Philips Respironics). The billing agent directed me to Adult & Pediatric Specialist in which I called and expressed how disturbed I was about the situation. She calmly and matter-of-factly stated that she would cancel it and pick it up on Thursday (which someone HAD to sign upon pick up or they would continue to bill her for it). This is just an example of a broken system..

Provided by YP.comA superior oxygen supply company, I have used them for about 15 yrs. They are very prompt on delivery and returning calls, and on time.
