My sister moved here more than 2 years ago and she is very happy with this park for several reasons: 1) The rules are strict and adhered to by homeowners. 2) Lawns are expected to be kept tidy, attractive, and well-maintained. 3) The pool is well-kept, clean, and beautiful. 4) The lodge is used for a variety of social activities, dinners, and events that park members participate in and enjoy. 5) An interview is required before moving into the park. 6) An active homeowners association board works to create a safe, enjoyable environment. 7) The common park areas are regularly maintained to achieve a manicured appearance. 7) The 55+ age requirement is strict. 8) The park requires that the homes be well-maintained, both inside and outside, and won't allow the sale or purchase of a house that doesn't meet those requirements. 9) The park reserves the right to evict anyone who does not comply with park community rules. 10) The layout gives the appearance of a neighborhood with tall trees, sidewalks, a gazebo park, and attractive street lamps.
