My wife has been getting her hair done there for 2 years. To save a bit of money I bought one of those groupon deals. The stylist she had been using isn't a "Junior" stylist so they wouldn't honor it. Wouldn't roll it over to be used on other services either so I called groupon and had my money refunded.



My wife's stylist is a nice guy and the receptionist offered to have the owner call her to make it right or offer some sort of exchange.



Instead, the owner called her back and yelled at her explaining that she didn't deserve her money back and that since she had called his work, he now wanted to talk with her boss about her bad attitude.



Seems to me that behavior like that crosses a line. He could have left it at "no, he wasn't going to do anything to make it right." I wouldn't have liked it but it would have been his choice. Calling and threatening to get someone in trouble at their work because they weren't happy with your services seems a bit like harassment.
