Provided by YP.comAngela's food is GREAT...The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is I felt like the service was a little slow. I just moved to the area & was eating by myself & didn't get the attention I would have liked---
I will def. go again as the food is great & it could have been an isolated incident as they did say hello & thanked me for choosing them.
BTW-I had the Chicken Parm dinner----I had enough for another meal, the bread was fresh as well as the salad.
If you want good Italian food this is your place.....

Provided by YP.comRated on only one visit but many more to follow .I printed off a coupon from their website so we went to try.
This is fantastic Italian food. We are looking forward to returning to this place and tasting some of the other things on the menu. The menu has pictures that look so good they jump off the menu and scream order me !
If you like Italian food I recommend you give this place a try. Big pizza menu which also looks intriguing.
Tempted to give five stars but this was only one visit.

Provided by YP.comI have not had one bad experience at this establishment. I recommend this number one Italian restaurant to anyone looking for top notch Italian food. I've been a customer for only a short time now but my family eats there at least twice a week since we found Angela's Via the Internet, which brings me to why I responded to this review.
When I found this place hidden here in Charlotte, I swore I would do my part and tell others THIS is the place to dine.
(We had been on the prowl forever looking for some great Italian food and I know there are many more out there looking for the same thing)
The food alone keeps us as customers but the whole "Angela's family" who call us by name keep us as LOYAL customers. I feel they really go out of their way to say hello and acknowledge the fact that their business depends on satisfied customers.
(The food really is that good they could greet me with a smack in the face and I would come back for more)
I find it hard to believe that the review I'm responding to is telling the whole story.
As another reviewer mentioned, this is one of those "Mom & Pop" restaurants that is well run and this type of restaurant is hard to find .
Great food, great people, great portions, great prices .

Provided by YP.comBe cautious, as YOU will pay for THEIR mistakes! We are from out of town and enjoy eating at Angela's when we visit. This last trip however, they made a mistake on our pizza order - no biggie, they just made us another one. Big surprise when we got the bill and they charged us for BOTH pizzas. The poor little waitress offered to pay for it herself, but the manager was unwilling to budge. I just thought it was extremely unprofessional. Be careful, if they make a mistake, you will pay for it!

Provided by YP.comAs a trasplant relocated two years ago, I have been on a search for a restaurant to fill that void for my need of great Italian food served up by family owned establishment. Let me tell you, ANGELA'S has done the job!
The pizza is perfect but if you go for the pizza like we did on our first trip, you're missing out on all the fantastic Italian specialties they offer. We have been "WOWED" over and over.

Provided by YP.comMe and my family are from New York. We moved here 4 year ago and have been looking for a good Italian restaurant. We have been to Mamas and to Portofinos and they where good. But when we went to Angelas we knew we had found a new favorite. It was the Friday after Valantines Day and they where very busy. The hostess was very nice. She sat us and we had the best waiter. His name was Erik and he took great care of us. Never was our drink empty and we had plenty of bread and our food came out perfict. He came over and read us some amazing specials. I had the Angela Surf and Turf and it was great. It was Very Very fresh and cooked prefict. When we walk out we where thanked by everone that we walked by. It was a great night out. I will be telling all my New York friends about this place and if you have not made your way out there, your need to

Provided by YP.comI can't say enough good things about this place! This is the type of "mom and pop" restaurant that makes it hard to pick a favorite item on the menu because everything is delish!Service is great, everyone is always helpful and friendly. The first time we went we thought it was going to be just a pizza joint. Boy were we wrong. Now it's one of our favorite Italian Restaurants in Charlotte.
