Be very wary if your company for which you work outsources personnel benefits (401K, pension, health) administration to AON Hewitt. Non-communication and mis-communication of pertinent benefits information to their first line communicants, i.e. the people who pick up the phone when you call, has been elevated to a high art form at AON Hewitt. "That information was not available when you were told to wait 45 days for pension benefit information. Now, 45 days later,you will have to wait an additional 30 days for the Treasury rate to be posted for definitive pension information."
