Jay with Aquarium Concepts has provided outstanding service and maintenance with several aquariums for us. He is knowlegeable and very honest and courteous. He stands behind his products and service. He is careful when making service calls and always leaves everything clean and neat. I would recommend him without hesitation or reservation.

Aquarium Concepts shows up on time and has serviced our 165 gallon reef tank for years. Nobody else comes close to the quality of service they provide. I can not recommend Aquarium Concepts high enough. We tried another company that was should I say "less than Fantastic".

When you have someone come in your house to work on your fish tank once or twice a month, you are opening yourself up to a lot. Will the person be trustworthy? Friendly? Competent? Nice to your dogs? Nice to your kids? Able to offer good suggestions? Able to fix what some other guy didn't set up right in the first place?



YES! Jay is that guy. I have been with a more "corporate" fish company in Charlotte, and switched over a year ago. Aquarium Concepts has EXCEEDED all expectations, given me great ideas on how to improve my tank, and is one of the nicest guys I know.
