I was not comfortable with paying him a $40 non refundable fee upfront, plus an unknown amount to repair. Kind of short with us when we asked a few questions.

My Samsung TV would not turn on. Called a few places and got initial quotes along with a couple of different diagnoses. The Audio Video Doctor was much less than the other quotes. Brought the TV into the shop. He told me it would only take a half hour. Within 10 minutes I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. The total cost of repair was almost exact and he was accurate with his diagnosis (others would have been wrong). He helped my place my TV back into my truck and we were on our way. Great price, great service. I would recommend him to anyone. Repairs TV's, steros, computer hardware, cameras and other technology equipment. Most definitely satisfied. Greg L. Huntersville, NC

I wrote the previous review about Audio Video Doctor attempting to restore my vintage Marantz. After reading my review the owner contacted me in reference to my review. One thing that surprised me was how the owner of Audio Video Doctor felt badly about the work that was preformed. He offered me a full refund in cash or check; I being suspicious; because of the value of my equipment; took it to another guy that I trust for inspection and repair. I was informed that my equipment was not damaged and the work that was preformed is reversible. Bottom line Audio Video Doctor values customer satisfaction. This was apparent by the check I received from him after we talked about my initial review. Thank you Audio Video Doctor for righting the wrong. How often does someone admit and pay for there mistake? Thank you for being an honest businessman.

I think this place is the best in Charlotte. I took my "32" inch LCD television there, and it only took the gut 30 minutes to fix it. The Guy also gave me a piece to prevent it from breaking again free of charge.
