STAY AWAY! They do a pretty mediocre job on the interior, but today they broke the LCD screen on our Outback. I noticed it immediately, but thought maybe it had happened earlier. (This is my husband's car). We work a mile from here, so I drove to the office and my husband confirmed it was fine this morning. I immediately went back and explained. Basically, the manager was nice but said it was our word against the workers. Like who is going to admit they broke it? Could they even know if the car was off? I know that false claims are rampant, but they took no ownership or offered to help in any way. It was an expensive car wash!
