The worst experience ever! Some rude guy who was the "manager" approached me, I told him I just needed a repair. Without even asking me what needed to be repaired, he just quotes me a price! I sit down and he just walked away, never once saying anything else to me, I waited about thirty minutes and when I got up to leave he rushes over, snatches my finger, did a half ass job and thow's the bill at me at the check out counter! I was waiting for him to say thank you or something, NOTHING! I wouldn't take my dogs to that place and I know a lot of people in this city whom I will tell about this poor excuse of a nail salon.

Horrible and nasty. Staff Ryde and uppity, not sure why. Nails after 2 hours horrible polish just rubbed off. Why would a mall of this caliber have this disgusting nail salon there. Never will return.

visited the salon for the first time on 12-23-08 for a new set of nails. the girl that put my nails on was in training because after she applied all 10 nails Helen sat down to finish the job. As she started filing the nails, they all lifted! To make matters worse I felt like i was on display because there were about 4 other people standing around watching, all speaking in their foreign language which I think is very rude! If things could not be any worse, a nail broke the very next day...Needless to say i will not be going to this salon again.
