Initially when I called for information, I spoke to Donna. She was extremely professional and polite. When I spoke to her I have told her that my father has limited English however his children intent to be there all the time to assist. When I followed up with Donna regarding availability, she was as polite as first time but stated that the company's policy is to have interpreter for my father 24/7 and they will not be able to provide it; I have experience working as an interpreter and advised I will be more than happy to help. To that I've been told that they can't help me at all. What it comes down to is that this is a place just for selective ones. It seems that owners classify people as first and second class citizens. I would like to remind owners that this is a country of immigrants, my father was a citizen and a big patriot of United States. It's a shame these owners mistreat people like that. Who knows what else is going on in this place. I will not recommend this place to anybody.
