By far the worst Avis location ever! I will never rent from this location and advise everyone to go to some place else. Bahran Gebre Michael is horrible and lazy. I scheduled to pick up my rental at 6pm on a Thursday. This location is supposed to be open from 8am to 6pm Mon -Fri. We arrived on Thursday at 5:30pm to find the office closed with a # on the door to call. The man answered the phone sounded confused asking us when are pick up time was. Then told us he would be there when he can. Instead of sitting in the parking lot for a half hr we left only to return at 5:55 which is still before my scheduled pick up time. Again the office is closed. We call the man back he tells us he was already at the location and he's now sold out. He also made up some bogus lie saying we had to pick the car up at 2:30pm. No where in the confirmation or online does this state this. Clearly this man is extremely lazy and did not feel like doing his job. I'm 8 months pregnant and needed this vehicle to drive to a out of state baby shower at 4am the next day. I was not renting to drive around town. This man almost ruined my entire trip. Thank god Audrey at the Charlotte Airport Location was able to help me. DO NOT RENT FROM THE SOUTH BLVD LOCATION!!! Clearly this man needs to find another job cause he's not cut out for this.
