I was in Bath & Body Works with my friends minding my own and one of the works looks at me and keeps asking if I need help in a rude tone. We were just looking so I said "no". She follows us everywhere we go, and keeps asking if we need help. We were looking at hand sanitizer and she says "you know it's only $1.75 guys" in an accusing manner. I turn to her and say "I'm not stealing anything, you can look through my purse", and she replies "no one said you were". Feeling uncomfortable I walk out of the store while my friends purchased their items. Since we were in a rush from feeling uncomfortable we leave with not everything we wanted. We realized and returned to finish what we went in there for. She has us followed by other store clerk it was very unsettling and one of the worst shopping experiences in my life! Outside the store we called to complain and they answer to just hang up right after. We called again and they said "we're aware of the situation" and had nothing left to say.
